(b) publishes any invective against a judge, whether of a
court of a civil, criminal or religious jurisdiction or any
magistrate, w i t h a view to bring the administration of
justice into suspicion or contempt ;
is guilty of a misdemeanour:
Provided that the discussion w i t h candour and decency of the
merits of a decision of a judge i n a matter of public interest and
concern shall not be an offence under this section.

132.—(1) A n y person, who by force rescues or attempts to
rescue from lawful custody any other person :—
(a) i f such last-named person is under sentence of death or
imprisonment for life, or charged w i t h an offence punishable
w i t h death, or imprisonment for life, is guilty of a felony,
and is liable to imprisonment for l i f e ; or
(b) i f such other person is imprisoned on a charge or under
sentence for any felony other than those specified above, is
guilty of a felony and is liable to imprisonment for seven
years; or
( c ) i n any other case is guilty of a misdemeanour.
(2) I f the person rescued is i n the custody of a private person,
the offender must have notice of the fact that the person rescued
is i n such custody.

133. A n y person who, being i n lawful custody for any criminal
offence, escapes from such custody :—
(a)
i f he is charged w i t h , or has been convicted of a felony,
is guilty of a felony and is liable to imprisonment for seven
years;or
(b) i n any other case is guilty of a misdemeanour.

A n y person who :—
( a ) aids a prisoner i n escaping or attempting to escape from
lawful custody ; o r
(b) conveys anything or causes anything to be conveyed into
a prison w i t h intent to facilitate the escape of a prisoner,
is guilty of a felony, and is liable to imprisonment for seven years.

135. A n y person who, being lawfully commanded by any public
officer, police officer or other person to give aid for the prevention
of crime, or for arresting any person or for preventing the rescue
or escape of any person, refuses or neglects to give such aid
according to his ability, is guilty of a misdemeanour.
