Respect  for  the  Cons tu on,  compliance  with  the  laws  issued  by  the  Public  Authori es,  abiding  by  the requirements of public order and public decorum, and observing na onal tradi ons and deep‐rooted customs are du es of all who reside in the State of Qatar or enter its territory.     Article 58  The extradi on of poli cal refugees is prohibited, and the Law shall determine the condi ons for the gran ng of poli cal asylum.   Part 4 Organization of Powers Chapter I: General Provisions Article 59  The  people  are  the  source  of  power,  and  they  shall  exercise  the  same  in  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  this Cons tu on.   Article 60  The system of government is based on the separa on of powers and their collabora on in the manner specified in this Cons tu on.
