Article 101   Membership of the Council ceases by reason of:   1.           Death or serious incapacity, 2.            Expiry of term of membership, 3.            Resigna on, 4.            Removal from office, 5.            Dissolu on of the Council.   Article 102  The resigna on of a member shall be made in wri ng to the Speaker. The Speaker shall submit the resigna on to the Council to determine its acceptance or refusal. The rules pertaining to this ma er shall be specified by internal regula ons.   Article 103  No member may be removed from the Council unless he loses its confidence and esteem, or becomes disqualified through lack of one of the condi ons of  membership on the basis of which he was elected, or unless he is in breach of the du es of membership. A resolu on for removal from the Council shall be taken by a two‐thirds majority of the members of the Council.   Article 104
