The p1rovisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (in this Act referred to as "the Constitution") and the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal RepubUc of Nigeria (First Alteration) Act No.5, 2010 (in this Act referred to as " the First A lteration Act") are altered as set out in this Ac:t.
