Learned counsel for the parties submit that a decree be passed in terms thereof. 2. The Settlement Agreement dated 18.11.2019 has been signed by the plaintiff and defendants (through their authorised representative, Mr.Rohit Khanna). The Agreement is also signed by learned counsel for both sides and the mediator. 3.
