или научни звания в чужбина;
3. издават и пускат в употреба български
пощенски марки;
4. внасят в страната екземпляри от обекти
по чл. 3, ал. 2.

произведения по чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 1 са физически
лица, задължителните екземпляри се депозират от
производителите.

item 1 are natural persons, the obligatory copies shall be
deposited by the manufacturers.

Чл. 6. (1) (Изм. - ДВ, бр. 42 от 2009 г., в
сила от 06.07.2009 г.) Печатните и други
произведения се депозират в следните количества:
1. дванадесет екземпляра от печатните
произведения в тираж над 300 бр. и от всяко
последващо тяхно издание, отпечатани на
територията на Република България или поръчани
за отпечатване в чужбина, с изключение на
отпечатаните с брайлов шрифт за слепи и
релефните географски карти и глобуси;
2. (отм. - ДВ, бр. 42 от 2009 г., в сила от
06.07.2009 г.)
3. три екземпляра от печатните
произведения в тираж до 100 бр. и от всяко
последващо тяхно издание, отпечатани на
територията на Република България или поръчани
за отпечатване в чужбина, с изключение на
отпечатаните с брайлов шрифт за слепи и
релефните географски карти и глобуси;
4. три екземпляра от печатните
произведения, отпечатани в чужбина и внесени за
разпространение в Република България на
български език или отнасящи се до България, с
изключение на отпечатаните с брайлов шрифт за
слепи и релефните географски карти и глобуси;
5. три екземпляра от печатните
произведения, отпечатани в Република България за
чуждестранни физически или юридически лица и
предназначени за разпространение в чужбина;
6. един екземпляр от печатните
произведения, отпечатани с брайлов шрифт за
слепи;
7. два екземпляра от релефните
географски карти и глобуси;
8. един екземпляр от листов��те издания;
Art. 6. (1) (Amend. – SG 42/09, in force from
06.07.2009) The printed and other matters shall be deposited
in the following quantities:
1. twelve copies of the printed matters circulated in
300 units and from each subsequent publication printed on the
territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or ordered for printing
abroad, with exception of those printed in Braille script for the
blind and the relief geographic maps and globes;

3. three copies of the printed matters in circulation
up to 100 units and of each subsequent publication printed on
the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or ordered for
printing abroad, with exception of those printed in Braille
script for the blind and the relief geographic maps and globes;
4. three copies of the printed matters printed abroad
and imported for distribution in the Republic of Bulgaria in
Bulgarian language, or regarding Bulgaria, with exception of
those printed in Braille script for the blind and the relief
geographic maps and globes;
5. three copies of printed matters printed in the
Republic of Bulgaria for foreign individuals or corporate
bodies for circulation abroad;
6. one copy of the printed matters printed in Braille
script for the blind;
7. two copies of the relief geographic maps and
globes;
8. one copy of leaflets;
9. one extra copy of paperback printed matters
when the circulation of the printed matter is realised in
paperback and hard-cover, as well as of the publications
printed on luxury paper or formed as a bibliophile publication
as well;
10. one copy of dissertation and academic title
works;
11. three copies of the photo publications;
12. three copies of the sound records;
13. one copy of the films;
14. three copies of the productions circulated on
film carrier without the films;
