Electronic Communications and Transactions [ N o . 21 of 2009 283 (3) A purchaser may supply an installation parameter necessary for a software program to function properly with the p u r c h a s e r ' s system and may customize t h e software program by c h o o s i n g a m o n g options contained in the software program. (4) A c o m p a n y may provide telephone help-line services for software installation, electronic transmission or basic operations. 9 1 . (1) A recovery agent shall n o t — fa) disclose stored recovery information; (b) use stored recovery information to decrypt any data or communication; or Prohibition of disclosure or use of stored recovery information (c) disclose any other information or record that identifies a person or entity for w h o m the recovery agent holds or has held stored recovery information. (2) A person shall not access any stored recovery information from a recovery agent without authorisation. (3) A recovery agent may disclose stored recovery information or u s e s t o r e d r e c o v e r y i n f o r m a t i o n t o d e c r y p t a n y d a t a or c o m m u n i c a t i o n with the consent of the person w h o stored the recovery information or the agent of that person or pursuant to a court order. (4) A recovery agent may disclose information or a record, other than stored recovery information, that identifies a person for w h o m t h e recovery agent h o l d s or h a s held stored recovery information pursuant to a court order. 9 2 . N o cause of action shall lie in any court against a recovery agent for providing information, facilities or assistance to a law enforcement officer in accordance with the terms of a court order. Immunity of recovery agents PART X I V CYBER INSPECTORS 93. (1) T h e A u t h o r i t y m a y a p p o i n t any person as a c y b e r inspector to perform the functions provided for in this Part. (2) The Authority shal 1 provide any person appointed as a cyber inspector with a certificate of appointment. (3) T h e certificate o f appointment referred to in subsection (2) m a y be in the form o f an advanced electronic signature. Appointment inspectors
