The!Information!Officer,!having!decided!to!defer! the!disclosure!of!information!in!accordance! with!subsection!(a)!of!this!section,!shall!inform! in!writing!to!the!applicant!that!the!disclosure!of! requested!information!has!been!deferred! stating!the!reason!for!the!deferral!and!the!date! on!which!the!deferred!information!would!be! disclosed.! ! ! (c)! Once!the!applicant!is!notified!of!the!deferment! in!accordance!with!subsection!(b)!of!this! section,!the!applicant!has!the!right!to!lodge!a! complaint!with!the!Review!Committee!of!the! state@office!within!14!(fourteen)!days!of!the! receipt!of!the!deferment!notification.! ! ! (d)! Where!the!decision!of!the!Review!Committee!of! the!state@office,!in!relation!to!a!complaint! lodged,!pursuant!to!subsection!(c)!of!this! section,!is!also!to!defer!access!to!the!requested! information,!that!decision!must!be!notified!in! writing!to!the!applicant.!Whereby!the!applicant! has!the!right!to!appeal!to!the!Information!
