Article 66 The rights of copyright owners, publishers, performers, makers of sound and/or visual recordings, radio broadcasting stations and television broadcasting stations as provided for in this Law shall be protected under this Law, provided that the term of protection granted by this Law for such rights have not expired at the date this Law becomes effective. Any infringement or breach of contract committed prior to the implementation of this Law shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions in effect at the time such infringement or breach of contract is committed.
