Retroactive protection 78. The provisions of this Act applies to works, performances and sound recordings which weremadepriorto thedateofthecomingintoeffectof thisAct, iftheterm ofproteetion hadnotexpired under theCopyrightLaw, 1985, (P.N.D.C.L. 110) orunder thelegislation of thecountryoforigin ofthe works, performances or soundrecordings thatareto beprotected underaninternational treaty to whichthe Republic is party.
