The Ordinance came into effect at a time when computer technology was well developed and it is possible that it applied to future developments in that field through the wording used. After listening to counsel’s arguments on this appeal and having considered the evidence and the relevant authorities I am of the view that the Magistrate decided this case correctly and that Appellant was properly convicted.
