(3) Nationalitv shall be indicated bv the name of the State at which a person "is a national; legal eli.tities shall indicate the name of the State under whose laws they are constituted and their registered office. (4) Res.idence shall be indicated by the name of the State m which a person is a resident. 6. (1) A document purporting to be signed for or on behali of a partnership shall contain the names of all the partners in full and shall be signed by all the partners ar by any partner q~alified to sign, stating that he signs on behalf of the partner­ S-hlP, or by any other person who satisfies the Registrar that he is 2uthorj:::~d to sign the document.
