Aiming for efficiency in prevention and suppression of such criminal cases, it is proper to provide Special Case Inquiry Officials, Special Case Officers and special methods to investigate and interrogate such cases. Thus, it is imperative to amend the Special Case Investigation Act B.E.2547 (2004) to be able to work promptly and efficiently and it is needed to enact the Special Case Investigation Act (NO.2) B.E.2551 (2008).
