Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ያሇፇቃዴ የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት መስጠት Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page 30. 13151 Prohibition of Provision of Service without ስሇመከሌከለ License ማንኛውም ሰው ከባሇሥሌጣኑ የብሮዴካስት ፇቃዴ No person may undertake broadcasting service ሳይሰጠው ወይም በታገዯ ወይም በተሰረዘ ፇቃዴ by using means of broadcasting service የብሮዴካስት መንገድችን transmission without obtaining a broadcasting ሥራ license from the Authority or by using a ተጠቅሞ አገሌግልት በብሮዴካስት ማሠራጫ አገሌግልት ሊይ መሰማራት አይችሌም፡፡ suspended or revoked license. 31. ፴፩. የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ፇቃዴ ዓይነቶች ፩/ የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ፇቃዴ ዓይነቶች Categories of Broadcasting Service Licenses 1/ The categories of broadcasting service license shall be the following: የሚከተለት ይሆናለ፡ሀ) የሕዝብ ብሮዴካስት a) አገሌግልት public broadcasting license, ፇቃዴ፤ ሇ) service b) ሌዩ የሕዝብ ብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት special public service broadcasting license, ፇቃዴ፤ ‹‹‹ ‹ ሏ) የንግዴ ብሮዴካስት c) አገሌግልት commercial broadcasting service license, and ፇቃዴ፤ እና ‹ መ) የማኅበረሰብ ብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት d) community broadcasting service ፇቃዴ፡፡ ፪/ ባሇሥሌጣኑ license. አስፇሊጊ በቦርዴ በማፀዯቅ በአንዴ የተወሰነ በላልች ባሇፇቃድች ትኩረት ሆኖ የፕሮግራም ጉዲይ finds it necessary, the commercial or community broadcasting ወይም service license upon the approval of the የብሮዴካስት Board to an applicant who applies to ሇሚያመሇክት transmit a broadcasting service whose ያሌተሸፇነ አገሌግልት it አዴርጎ program focuses on special issues not አመሌካች ሌዩ የንግዴ ወይም የማኅበረሰብ ብሮዴካስት When Authority may grant special public, ሊይ ሇመስጠት 2/ ትኩረቱን ያሌተሠጠበት አገሌግልት ሲያገኘው ፇቃዴ covered or given enough attention by ሉሰጥ existing broadcasting services. ይችሊሌ፡፡ ‹ ፴፪. የባሇሥሌጣኑ የማውጣት ተጨማሪ ወይም የፇቃዴ ያለት መስፇርት ሊይ ማብራሪያ የመስጠት ሥሌጣን ፩/ 32. Authority’s Power of Determination of Additional Criteria or Clarification of Existing Criteria ባሇሥሌጣኑ ከባሇዴርሻ አካሊት ጋር ተገቢ 1/ The Authority may, after properly ምክክር ካዯረገና አስቀዴሞ ካሳወቀ በኋሊ consulting and notifying the relevant በብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ዓይነቶች መካከሌ stakeholders, ግሌፅ ሌዩነት ሇመፌጠር በአንቀጽ ንዑስ የፇቃዴ አንቀጽ (፪) መስፇርት መሠረት ሉያወጣ ፴፯ ተጨማሪ ወይም በዚህ አዋጅ ተሇይተው የተዯነገጉት ሊይ ማብራሪያ ሉሰጥ ይችሊሌ፡፡ determine additional criteria pursuant to Sub-Article (2) of Article 37 or clarify the criteria specified in this Proclamation for the purpose of distinguishing between categories of broadcasting services.
