gA ፲፫ሺ፻፷፪ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፬/ ባሇሥሌጣኑ በዚህ አዋጅ በአንቀጽ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page ፴፫ 4/ The Authority shall, upon examining ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፮) መሠረት የቀረበሇትን the application submitted to it pursuant ማመሌከቻ በመመርመር ፴፯ to Sub-Article (6) of Article 33 of this የተመሇከቱ መስፇርቶች መሟሊታቸውን Proclamation, consider the fulfillment ያረጋግጣሌ፤ ወይም ከሆነ በአንቀጽ በአንቀጽ ተቀባይነት ፴፱ የላሇው of the criteria provided under Article 37 ውሳኔ or decide in accordance with Article 39 መሠረት if it is rejected. ይሰጣሌ፡፡ ፭/ 13162 5/ ሇብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት የሚውሌ የሬዱዮ ሞገዴ በአግባቡ ጥቅም ሊይ To ensure the efficient utilization of frequencies እንዱውሌ allocating ከማረጋገጥ አንፃር ሇብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት በሚከተለት ጉዲዮች broadcasting, licenses to when broadcasting service applicant, the Authority shall ፇቃዴ አመሌካቾች ፇቃዴ በሚሰጥበት ጊዜ ባሇሥሌጣኑ to take particular care to the following: ሊይ የተሇየ ትኩረትሉያዯርግ ይችሊሌ፡ሀ) የተሇያዩ ፌሊጎቶችና ምርጫዎችን የሚችለ የተሇያዩ መሳብ a) the existence broadcasting of different services that appeal to a variety of interests የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልቶች መኖር፤ and tastes; ሇ) የሀገር አቀፌ፣ ክሌሊዊና የብሮዴካስት ተመጣጣኝ ሚዛን አካባቢያዊ b) measures on proportionately አገሌግልቶች balancing national, regional and እንዱኖራቸው local broadcasting services; የተወሰደ ውሳኔዎች፤ { ሏ) c) እርስ በእርስ ባሊቸው ግንኙነት ነፃና ገሇሌተኛ የሆኑ licensees የብሮዴካስት የሬዱዮ ሞገዴ የብሮዴካስት በአመሌካቹ ሉሰጥ d) እንዱሸፌን with regard to broadcasting ፇቃድች services using radio spectrum, የታሰበው the demand for the proposed broadcasting service within the የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት እንዱጀምር አገሌግልቱ remain [[[[[[[[[ ሇሚጠቀሙ አገሌግልት that independent of each other; and አገሌግልት ባሇፇቃድች ቁጥር፤ እና መ) number of broadcasting service proposed licensed area. ከታሰበው የፇቃዴ አካባቢ ፌሊጎት መኖሩ፡፡ ፮/ ባሇሥሌጣኑ በሕዝብ የፇቃዴ ማመሌከቻው እንዲያገኝ በ፲፬ ከወሰነ ቀናት አሇበት፡፡ ጥቅም ውሳኔውን ውስጥ ምክንያት 6/ Where the application is rejected by the ተቀባይነት Authority because of public interest, the ሇአመሌካቹ decision thereof shall be communicated በጽሁፌ ማሳወቅ to the applicant in writing within 14 days.
