gA ፲፫ሺ፻፷፭ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፯/ ባሇ��ሌጣኑ የባሇፇቃደን ፇቃዴ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page የማዯስ 7/ 13165 Before the Authority renews a license, ጥያቄ ሲያስተናግዴ ባሇፇቃደ በሥራ ሊይ it shall take into account records if the ባሇው applicant has consistently complied ፇቃዴ የተዘረዘሩትን የፇቃዴ ሁኔታዎችንና ግዳታዎችን፣ በዚህ አዋጅና with አዋጁን ተከትሇው በወጡ ሇጉዲዩ አግባብነት obligations of its license under this ባሊቸው Proclamation, applicable Regulations ዯንብና የተጣለበትን ታሪክና መመሪያዎች ግዳታዎች መሠረት የማክበር የተወሰደበትን the terms, conditions and and Directive issued hereunder and any የኋሊ administrative measure taken, አስተዲዯራዊ እርምጃዎች ከግምት ውስጥ ያስገባሌ፡፡ ፰/ 8/ ባሇሥሌጣኑ ፇቃደን ሊሇማዯስ የሚያስችለ grant the renewal for license, it shall ምክንያቶች መኖራቸውን ካመነ የውሳኔውን ምክንያቶች ሇባሇፇቃደ በመግሇጽ state the grounds for its contemplated በ፲፬ refusal of the renewal and give the ቀናት ጊዜ ውስጥ ባሇፇቃደ በውሳኔው ሊይ አስተያየት views and submit a written statement of እዴሌ objections to the Authority within 14 ውሳኔ days. The Authority shall take into ከመወሰኑ በፉት የባሇፇቃደን ምሊሽ ግንዛቤ account the views and the written ውስጥ ያስገባሌ፡፡ statement of the licensee before taking ይሰጣሌ፡፡ ማስረጃ ተቃውሞ licensee the opportunity to present its ካሇው የጽሁፌ እንዱሰጥና Where the Authority decides not to እንዱያቀርብ ባሇሥሌጣኑ የመጨረሻ its final decision. ፱/ ፲/ ባሇሥሌጣኑ ፇቃደን ሊሇማዯስ ሀሳብ ካሇው 9/ The Authority shall give the licensee ከሦስት ወራት ባሊነሰ ጊዜ ውስጥ አስቀዴሞ advance notice of not less three months ሇባሇፇቃደ ማሳወቅ አሇበት፡፡ of its intention not to renew the license. በባሇሥሌጣኑ ፇቃዴ ያሌታዯሰሇት 10/ Appeal may be made to the Board if the አመሌካች ሇቦርዴ ማቅረብ applicant is denied renewal of a license. ይችሊሌ፡፡ በቦርደ ውሳኔ ቅር ከተሰኘም The applicant can appeal to the Federal ሇፋዳራሌ ከፌተኛ ይግባኝ ፌርዴ ቤት High Court if aggrieved by the decision ይግባኝ of the Board. የማቅረብ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ [[ 44. ፵፬. የብሮዴካስት ፇቃዴን ስሇማሻሻሌ ፩/ Amendment of Broadcasting License 1/ The Authority may amend a license ባሇሥሌጣኑ ከባሇፇቃደ ጋር በመመካከር under the following conditions after የብሮዴካስት consultation with the licensee: ፇቃዴን በሚከተለት ሁኔታዎች ሉያሻሽሌ ይችሊሌ፡ሀ) የፇቃደን ግዳታዎች ፇቃድች ሁኔታዎችና የፇቃዴ a) to make the terms and ሁኔታዎችና conditions በአጠቃሊይ ሇተመሳሳይ consistent with the terms and ከተጣሇው የፇቃዴ ግዳታዎች የተጣጣመ ሇማዴረግ ጋር conditions generally in of the being license imposed respect of licenses of the same type; all
