The provisions set forth in this Article shall be applicable to civil servants and military personnel
employed by the State and similar persons.

Article 37
The author’s financial rights provided for in this Law shall be protected during his lifetime and seventy وذلك في غير ما ورد بشأنه،تحمى الحقوق املالية للمؤلف مدة حياته وسبعين سنة تبدأ من أول السنة امليالدية التالية لسنة وفاته

Article 38
38 مادة
The financial rights of the authors of joint works shall be protected during their lifetime and seventy تحمى الحقوق املالية ملؤلفي املصنفات املشتركة مدة حياتهم جميعا وسبعين سنة تبدأ من أول السنة امليالدية التالية لسنة وفاة

39 مادة
Article 39
The financial rights for audiovisual works and collective works shall be protected for a period of seventy
years commencing from the beginning of the calendar year following the year of their first publication
in a legal manner. If such works have been published during fifty years from the date of their completion,
their financial protection shall be seventy years from the beginning of the calendar year following the
year of their completion.
Article 40
Financial rights of the works that are published without mention of their author’s name or under a
pseudonym shall be protected for a period of seventy years commencing from the beginning of the
calendar year following the year of their first publication in a legal manner. If such works have been
published during fifty years from the date of their completion, their financial protection shall be seventy
years from the beginning of the calendar year following the year of their completion. If their author is
known and specific or has been identified during the aforesaid period, the protection period shall be
calculated according to the rule provided for in Articles (37) and (38) of this Law as the case may be.
تحمى الحقوق املالية على املصنفات السمعية البصرية واملصنفات الجماعية مدة سبعين سنة تبدأ من أول السنة امليالدية التالية
وإذا لم يتم هذا النشر خالل خمسين سنة من تاريخ إنجازها تحمى الحقوق،للسنة التي تم فيها أول نشر مشروع لهذه املصنفات

وإذا تم ��عرفة أو تحديد،امليالدية التالية إلنجازها
تحمى الحقوق املالية على هذه املصنفات مدة سبعين سنة تبدأ من أول السنة

) من هذا38( ) و37( تحسب مدة الحماية طبقا ألحكام أي من املادتين،شخصية املؤلف أو الكشف عنها خالل املدة املشار إليها
