Decision Making 1/ The Authority shall, upon examining in accordance with Articles 20 and 21 of this Proclamation, decide on the application submitted to it under Article 19(3) of this Proclamation. 2/ vKYM×’< ðnÉ ”ÇÃcØ c=¨e”' ðnÆ ¾TÃcጥuƒ” U¡”Áƒ K›SM"‡ Td¨p ›Kuƒ:: 2/ Where the Authority decides not to issue a license, it shall communicate to the applicant the reasons thereof. 3/ ðnÉ ¾}ŸKŸK ›SM"‹ ¨<X’@ Ÿ}cÖuƒ Ñ>²? ›”e„ u04 k“ƒ ¨<eØ p_¨<” Kx`Æ K=Ák`w ËLM:: x`ÆU ›u?~¨< uÅ[c¨< u@ k“ƒ ¨<eØ ¨<X’@ SeÖƒ ›Kuƒ:: 3/ Any applicant who is denied a license may appeal to the Board within 14 days from the date of the decision.
