Article 138  The Law shall determine the competent body entrusted with the se lement of administra ve disputes and define its structure and manner of discharging its func ons.   Article 139  The Law shall regulate the method of se ling conflicts of jurisdic on or judgment among the judicial bodies.   Article 140  The Law shall specify the competent judicial body for the se ling of disputes pertaining to the cons tu onality of laws and regula ons and shall define its powers, appeals systems and the procedures to be followed before the said body. It shall also specify the consequences of a judgment.   Part 5 Concluding Provisions Article 141   Ar cle 141 The Emir shall promulgate this Cons tu on and it shall come into force the day immediately following the date of its publica on in the Official Gaze e.
