"Telecommunications Equipment": Any equipment, excluding Customer Premises Equipment, used to provide Telecommunications Services, including computer hardware and software. "Customer Premises Equipment" or “CPE”: Equipment used by a Customer, subscribing to Public or Private Telecommunications Services, to originate, route, or terminate any telecommunication, including telephone handsets used for wired or wireless communications, fax machines, computer modems, modulation and demodulation mechanisms, associated devices and wiring at the Customer’s premises where such equipment has been installed. "Re-sale": The provision of Telecommunications Services to Customers through another Service Provider on a profit basis.
