39.2.8. Publish election campaign materials in dailies and other newspapers and magazines.
39.3. Announcements and invitations to voters about election campaign meetings and donations are not included in
campaign printed materials. Announcements and invitations are not larger than A5 size.
39.4. In the lower right part of any election campaign material, the name of the party, alliance, or candidate
participating in the election shall be clearly visible and not abbreviated, and this applies to the entire duration of the
television program. In the case of radio programs, the names of parties, coalitions and candidates are mentioned at the
beginning and end.
39.5. The radio and television service providers authorized to introduce election advertising shall publish the report on
the advertising within 10 days after the end of the election campaign.

39.6. The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission shall limit the rights of radio and television organizations to
use the network of multi-channel transmission service providers that violate Article 39.1 of this Law for a period of up
to three months from the day of the violation.
39.7. The radio and television stations authorized to broadcast election advertising shall submit the report made public
in accordance with Article 39.5 of this law to the public administrative body in charge of fair competition within 5
working days after the public notification.

Article 40. Use of vehicles for election campaigns
40.1. Candidates may use no more than two vehicles in one constituency for election campaign purposes. The design of
vehicle identification shall be approved by the General Election Committee.

40.2. Registration number of vehicles used for election campaign shall be registered with provincial and district
election committee, identification mark shall be taken and placed in plain sight.
40.3 It is prohibited to use cars, buses, mopeds, motorcycles and other vehicles without identification marks approved
by the General Election Committee for election campaigns.
40.4. Election campaign leaflets, billboards, screens, slogans, party flags, and loudspeakers may be placed on vehicles
used for election campaigning.
Article 41. Publication, distribution and delivery of election campaign printed materials
41.1. The person authorized to conduct election campaign has the right to distribute election campaign printed materials
to voters without exceeding the following format and size:
41.1.1. two press pages newspaper;

41.5 Placing billboards in places other than those specified in Article 41.3 of this law is prohibited.

41.6. The candidate shall place no more than 20 leaflets in one area, and it is forbidden to use glue or sticky materials to
fix them and pollute the environment.
