9.1. In case of violation of these general terms and conditions, the Regulatory Commission shall impose
the economic liability specified in the special license agreement depending on the violation, or take the
following necessary measures in accordance with the relevant laws:
9.1.1. To issue tasks and requirements with a time limit on the elimination of violations.
9.1.2. Notify the relevant supervisory authority to take measures to impose administrative responsibility ;
9.1.3. Reminder about suspension or revocation of license;
9.1.4. Suspension of license;
9.1.5. Revocation of license;

9.2. The Regulatory Commission will notify the content aggregator and website service provider to take
the following measures based on the official decision and conclusion on the violation of laws and
regulations submitted by the relevant authorities.
9.2.1. Within 24 hours after being informed about it, as necessary immediately take measures to eliminate
the violation and notify the response. /Amended by Regulatory Commission Resolution No. 40 of 2014/
9.3. If the violation is not resolved within the period specified in Section 9.2.1, the Regulatory
Commission will notify the service provider by suspending the service of the content aggregator until the
violation is resolved and restricting the website service provider's access from Mongolia. /Amended by

9.4. Based on the official notice or official letter sent by the authorized organization about restricting
access to the website, the Regulatory Commission may immediately limit the access to the website

9.5. The Regulation Commission shall inform the relevant parties and the public about the violations and
the decisions taken to eliminate the violations.
9.6. The Regulatory Commission will use business and consumer information obtained from content
aggregators, website operators and service providers only for regulatory purposes.
