gA Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፹፫ ሰኔ ፴ qN ፪ሺ8 ›.M Federal Negarit Gazette No. 83 7th July 2016 8/ õሺíÿó 8/ “ኔትዎርክ” ማለት የኮምፒዩተር ሁለትና ሥርዓቶች በማስተሳሰር የዳታ ለመስጠት ወይም ከዚያ አገልግሎት ለማግኘት የሚያስችል received; 9/ ሥርዓት ነው፤ 9/ “የኮምፒዩተር data processing service can be provided or በርስ ፕሮሰሲንግ ዳታ ደህንነት” ማለት “network” means the interconnection of two or more computer systems by which በላይ እርስ page ……... 9107 “computer data security” means the protection of a computer data from deleting, changing, and accessing by የኮምፒዩተር ዳታ እንዳይጠፋ፣ እንዳይቀየር፣ unauthorized person, compromising its ላልተፈቀደለት አካል confidentiality or any other damage; ምስጢራዊነቱ እንዳይጋለጥ ማንኛውም ጉዳት ተደራሽ እንዳይሆን፣ ወይም እንዳይደርስበት ሌላ መጠበቅ 10/ “access” means to communicate with, to ነው፤ enter in, store in, store data in, retrieve, or 0/ “ደራሽነት” ማለት ከኮምፒዩተር ስርዓት ጋር obtain data from, to view, to receive, move ግንኙነት የመፍጠር፣ ወደ ኮምፒዩተር ስርዓቱ or copy data from a computer system, or የመግባት፣ ዳታ የማከማቸት፣ የተከማቸን ዳታ otherwise make use of any data processing የማግኘት፣ የማየት፣ የመውሰድ፣ የማንቀሳቀስ፣ service thereof; ወደ ሌላ ማከማቻ መሳሪያ የመገልበጥ ወይም ሌላ ማንኛውም የዳታ ፕሮሰሲንግ አገልግሎትን የማግኘት ተግባር ነው፤ 11/ “critical infrastructure” means a computer system, network or data where any of the ፲፩/ “ቁልፍ መሰረተ ልማት” ማለት በዚህ አዋጅ crimes stipulated under article 3 to 6 of this ከአንቀፅ 3 እስከ 6 የተመለከተው ማናቸውም proclamation, is committed against it, የወንጀል would have a considerable damage on ደኅንነት ከፍተኛ ድርጊት እና ቢፈጸምበት በብሔራዊ ጉዳት በሕዝብ ጥቅሞች ሊያደርስ ላይ የሚችል የኮምፒዩተር ሥርዓት፣ ኔትወርክ ወይም ዳታ ነው፤ 12/ “interception” surveillance, ፲፪/ “ጠለፋ” ያለን public safety and the national interest; ማለት በኮምዩኒኬሽን የኮምፒዩተር ዳታ ሂደት ወይም መውሰድ፣ ማየት፣ የግንኙነት ስርዓት የዳታ other similar act of data processing service መቆጣጠር ፕሮሰሲንግ አገልግሎት ወይም listening, የዳታ or computer data; 13/ “service provider” means a person who provides technical data processing or ፲፫ “አገልግሎት ሰጪ” ማለት በኮምፒዩተር ስርዓት ቴክኒካዊ recording, acquisition, viewing, controlling or any ወይም ሌላ ተመሳሳይ ድርጊት ነው፤ አማካኝነት real-time ላይ ፕሮሰሲንግ አገልግሎት መከታተል፣ መቅዳት፣ ማዳመጥ፣ means communication service or alternative ወይም infrastructure to users by means of ምትክ computer system;
