(B) 448 COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA ACT 1998 CORRIGENDUM IN the English language text of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 [Act 588] reprinted in the year 2006 and incorporating all amendments until 1 January 2006— (a) in section 6, insert after the definition of “network facilities provider” the following definition: ‘ “network service” means a service for carrying communications by means of guided and/or unguided electromagnetic radiation;’; and (b) substitute for subsection 13(1) the following subsection: “13. (1) The Minister may, from time to time, make a written declaration that an individual licence, or a class of individual licences, or a class licence— (a) is subject to such conditions; or (b) enjoys such benefits, as the Minister deems fit.”.
