2 UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Learned ASG requests for some time to better examine the matter so that he can make submissions. We have, however, put to learned ASG that there has to be guidelines a balancing need to be of interests framed to and proper protect the interests of the media professionals. This is more so in view of the aspect that privacy itself has been held to be a fundamental right in the judgment of this Court in Justice K.S. Puttaswamy (RETD) & Anr. v.
