Article Thirteen:
The custom exemptions regarding Commission’s imports shall be in accordance with the
established regulations applied to the imports of public corporations.
Article Fourteen:
The Commission’s fiscal year is the same fiscal year of the State. As an exception the
Commission’s first fiscal year which shall begin as of the date of the coming into force of
this Ordinance.
Article Fifteen:
Except for the Governor, all the employees of the Commission shall be subject to the
Labor and Workmen Law and to the Social Insurance Regulations.
Article Sixteen:
The Governor shall within 90, ninety days, from the start of each fiscal year submit to the
Minister an Annual Report ,after being approved by the Board, stating the Commission’s
accomplishments during the past year compared with the objectives of the general
development plan, the difficulties encountered and the proposals for work improvement
and progress. This Report will be submitted by the Minister to the chairman of the
Council of Ministers.
Article Seventeen:
Without prejudice to the right of the Bureau of the Comptroller General to monitor the
Commission’s accounts, the Board shall appoint one or more independent auditors,
natural or juridical persons, licensed to practice in the Kingdom and shall determine their
fees. In the case of more than one auditor, they shall be collectively accountable to the
Commission for their work. The auditor’s report will be submitted to the Board, with a
copy to the Bureau of the Comptroller General.
Article Eighteen:
The Ordinance of this Organization supersedes all contravening terms and provisions.
7
