In 2010, the defendant (“Solabarrieta”) interviewed the
plaintiff (“Chor”) and his wife, their son and domestic helper on camera.

Solabarrieta later caused parts of the video footage, information and

photographs obtained during the interviews to be incorporated into a video
and a written article, which were subsequently uploaded onto the internet.

On 9 October 2012, Chor commenced the present action seeking injunctive

relief against Solabarrieta for alleged misuse of the information and
materials obtained during those interviews.
