Grounds for the Revocation of License የብሮዴካስት ባሇሥሌጣኑ በሚከተለት ምክንያቶች የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት 1/ A broadcasting service license may be revoked by the Authority on any one of the following grounds: ፇቃዴን ሉሰረዝ ይችሊሌ፡ሀ) a) suspended in accordance with መሰረት እገዲ ተጥልበት በተጠቀሰው Article 77 and 78 of this ጊዜ Proclamation ውስጥ እገዲውን ሇማንሳት የማስተካከያ ያሌወሰዯ ወይም ባሇፇቃደ ጀምሮ ፇቃዴ በ፩ መዯበኛ take corrective measure within the ጥፊቱን suspension ካወጣበት period or keeps b) ቀን where it is proved that the ውስጥ licensee has failed to commence ያሌጀመረ transmission within 1 year from ጊዜ ሥርጭቱን the date of obtaining the license; መሆኑ ሲረጋገጥ፤ ፇቃደን በተጭበረበረ not committing the same offence; ዓመት ባሇፇቃደ does እርምጃ በተዯጋጋሚ የፇጸመ፤ ሏ) where a licensee that has been በዚህ አዋጅ አንቀጽ ፸፯ እና ፸፰ የሚያስችሌ ሇ) 13211 c) ያገኘው መንገዴ when it is proved that the licensee has obtained the license መሆኑ by deception; ሲረጋገጥ፤ መ) ባሇፇቃደ በራሱ ፌሊጎት d) ሥራውን will, stops the service; ሲያቆም፤ ሠ) በዚህ አዋጅ አንቀጽ አንቀጽ (፪) ፷፰ e) ንዑስ Proclamation are violated; or f) ባሇፇቃደ በዚህ አዋጅ የተመሇከቱ የተገኘ ሇማሻሻሌ እንዯሆነ፤ የማይችሌና when the licensee is in breach of the ownership requirements and የባሇቤትነት መስፇርት ዴንጋጌዎችን ጥሶ where the provisions of SubArticle (2) of Article 68 of this የተመሇከቱት ዴንጋጌዎች ተጥሰው ሲገኙ፤ ወይም፣ ረ) where the licensee, in his own is not able or willing to comply ይህንንም with. የማይፇሌግ መሆኑ ሲረጋገጥ፡፡ ፪/ የብሮዴካስት ባሇፇቃዴ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ 2/ Where the licensee lodges application and the አንቀጽ (፩) ፉዯሌ ተራ (ሇ) በተመሇከተው Authority proves the existence of force ጊዜ ውስጥ መዯበኛ ሥርጭቱን ሇመጀመር majeure which hindered a broadcasting ከአቅም licensee በሊይ ስሇመሆኑ የሆነ ችግር አመሌክቶ ተቀባይነት ካገኘ የሚያስችሌ ከ፩ ያጋጠመው በባሇሥሌጣኑ ሥርጭቱን ሇመጀመር አመት የማይበሌጥ ተጨማሪ ጊዜ ሉፇቀዴሇት ይችሊሌ፡፡ from commencing regular transmission within the period referred to in paragraph (b) of Sub-Article (1) of this Article, it may allow additional time not exceeding 1 year, for commencement of the transmission.
