gA ፲፫ሺ፻፷፰ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ሇ) የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልቱን ሇማስፊፊት ከታቀዯው Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page የቀረቡት b) compatible with the expansion ማስፊፉያ plan of the service to expand የአገሌግልት broadcasting service; c) የላሊ የመገናኛ አገሌግልት መገሌገያ መሣሪያዎችን that the equipment proposed is መሣሪያዎች ዕቅዴ ጋር መጣጣማቸውን፤ ሏ) 13168 ሥራ that it does not interfere with the operations የማያውክ of other communication መሆኑን፤ service rendering equipment; d) መ) ፇቃዴ በተጠየቀበት አካባቢ የተመዘገበ the existence or non-existence of registered radio wave in the የሬዱዮ ሞገዴ መኖር አሇመኖሩን፤ area where the license is requested; ሠ) የማስፊፉያ ተጨማሪ ፇቃዴ የሬዱዮ የተጠየቀበት ሞገዴ e) the requested additional wave is በላሊ not held by another broadcasting የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት አሇመያዙን service or not required for other ወይም service; and ሇላሊ አገሌግልት አሇመፇሇጉን፤ እና፣ ረ) ፇቃዴ የተጠየቀበትን f) አካባቢ the demand of the community of the area for which the license is ህብረተሰብ ፌሊጎት፡፡ requested. ፯/ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፮) የተዯነገገው እንዯተጠበቀ ሇማስፊፊት discretion to refuse an expansion የቀረበን ጥያቄ አጠቃሊይ የሕዝብ ጥያቄን request relating to use of the spectrum, ግምት taking into account the overall public ውስጥ ፇቃዴ በማስገባት የመከሌከሌ interest. ሥሌጣን ይኖረዋሌ፡፡ ፰/ Notwithstanding Sub-Article (6) of this Article, the Authority shall have the በመጠቀም ባሇሥሌጣኑ 7/ የሬዱዮ ሞገዴ ሆኖ፣ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፭) መሰረት የማስፊፉያ ፇቃዴ የተሰጠው 8/ A licensee who has been granted an ባሇፇቃዴ expansion license in accordance with መሣሪያው የሚተከሌበትን ቦታ ከአስፇሊጊ Sub-Article (5) of this Article shall ዝርዝር መረጃ ጋር ሇባሇሥሌጣኑ ማሳወቅ notify to the Authority the place where ይኖርበታሌ፡፡ the equipment is to be fixed with the necessary detailed information.
