Obligations of Broadcasting Service Content ያለ አገሌግልት ይዘት Any broadcasting service content distributer shall have the following obligations: 1/ broadcasting service content የሚያሰራጩ አካሊት መሠረታዊ አገሌግልት distributers such as cable, satellite or ወይም የሚወሰነውን digital multiplex operators shall provide ዝቅተኛውን ጥቅሌ አገሌግልት የመስጠት the basic service or the minimum ግዳታ አሇባቸው፡፡ package; በባሇሥሌጣኑ በሚያስተዲዴሩት ሥርዓት ውስጥ 2/ shall not get involved in producing የሚሰራጩ ላልች ይዘቶችን በፌትሏዊነት content to ensure fair treatment of other ሇማሰራጨት እንዱችለ ይዘት ማመንጨት contents via the distribution system; ሥራ ውስጥ መግባት የሇባቸውም፡፡ ፫/ በባሇሥሌጣኑ የሚወሰኑ ፕሮግራሞችን 3/ they are required to carry the public የመያዝና የሀገራዊ ይዘት ኮታን የማክበር broadcasters‟ channels, other significant ግዳታ ይኖርባቸዋሌ፡፡ domestic channels, and a minimum quota of domestic channels as determined by the Authority; ፬/ ባሇሥሌጣኑ በሚያወጣቸው መሠረት ሇማኅበረሰብ መመሪያዎች 4/ cable operators are required to make ብሮዴካስት one channel available to the community አገሌግልት ባሇፇቃድች ቻናሌ መመዯብና and provide funding for community የገንዘብ እርዲታ ማዴረግ አሇባቸው፡፡ broadcasting service licensees in accordance with the Directives of the Authority; ፭/ ስሇዴርጅቶቹ ባሇቤትነት ሁኔታና የገንዘብ ምንጭ ማንነትና እንዱሁም አዴራሻ 5/ የዯንበኞቻቸውን ሇባሇሥሌጣኑ they shall notify the Authority regarding the owner of the company and the manner in which operations are ማሳወቅ financed; and shall provide information አሇባቸው፡፡ regarding its client, and the client‟s address; and ‹‹‹ ‹‹‹‹‹ ፮/ ሇመብት ጥሰት ተጋሊጭ ሇሆኑ የማኅበረሰብ ክፌልች ተዯራሽ የሆኑ በጥራት ማዴረስ አሇባቸው፡፡ አገሌግልቶችን 6/ devise services in such a manner so that the programs will be accessible for vulnerable groups of the society.
