The Plaintiff which has been in existence since 2004 has authored and produced several songs some of which are ‘Feel Me’ ‘Mwekute’ ‘Wekume’ ‘Jukila’ ‘Jump’ and others whose copyright brought them into the bracket of their intellectual property. Being their intellectual property, it is only them who could assign, transfer, license, lease, sell, rent or consent to any use of those products.
