The Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services, adopted at the 12th
office meeting of the Cyberspace Administration of China in 2023 on May 23, 2023, and approved by the
National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and
Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the
National Radio and Television Administration, are hereby issued and will come into force on August 15, 2023.
