Director General of the Authority 1/ ¾vKYM×’< ª“ ÇÃ_¡}` uT>’>eƒ\ ›p^u=’ƒ uS”ÓYƒ ÃjTM:: 2/ ª“¨< ÇÃ_¡}` ¾vKYM×’< ª“ Y^ ›eðéT> uSJ” Ÿx`Æ uT>cÖ¨< ›ÖnLà SS]Á SW[ƒ ¾vKYM×’<” Y^−‹ ÃS^M' Áe}ÇÉ^M:: 3/ ¾²=I ›”kê ”®<e ›”kê (2) ›ÖnLà ›’ÒÑ` ”Å}Öuk J• ª“¨< ÇÃ_¡}`' 1/ The Director General of the Authority shall be appointed by the Government upon recommendation by the Minister. 2/ The Director General shall be the chief executive of the Authority and, subject to the general directives of the Board, shall direct and administer the activities of the Authority. 3/ Without limiting the generality of the provisions of sub-article (2) of this Article, the Director General shall: G) u²=I ›ªÏ ›”kê 7 ¾}SKŸ~ƒ” ¾vKYM×’<” YM×”“ }Óv^ƒ uY^ Là Á¨<LM& a) exercise the powers and duties of the Authority stated under Article 7 of this Proclamation; K) ¾ôÈ^M c=y=M c`y=e QÔ‹” SW [© S`J−‹ }Ÿትሎ uS”ÓYƒ uT>çÉp SS]Á SW[ƒ ¾vKY M×’<” W^}™‹ ÃkØ^M' Áe} ÇÉ^M& b) employ and administer employees of the Authority in accordance with directives to be approved by the Government following the basic principles of the federal civil service laws; N) ¾vKYM×’<” ¾Y^ ýaÓ^U“ u˃ ›²ÒÏ„ Kx`Æ Ák`vM& ›Óvw vK¨< ›"M c=ðkÉU Y^ Là Á¨<LM& S) KvKYM×’< u}ðkŨ< ýaÓ^U“ u˃ SW[ƒ ¨Ü ÁÅ`ÒM& ¾Y^ Ñ”²w c) prepare and submit to the Board the work program and budget of the Authority, and implement same when approved by the appropriate organ; d) effect expenditure in accordance with the work program and budget of the Authority;
