The Law shall specify the flag, emblem, decora ons and badges of the State, and the Na onal Anthem.
Article 4
The Law shall determine the financial and banking systems of the State and specify its official currency.
Article 5
The State shall preserve its independence, sovereignty, territorial safety and integrity, security and stability, and
shall defend itself against aggression.
Article 6
The State shall respect interna onal charters and conven ons and shall strive to implement all interna onal
agreements, charters and conven ons to which it is party.
Article 7
The foreign policy of the State is based on the principles of strengthening interna onal peace and security by
means of encouraging peaceful resolu on of interna onal disputes, suppor ng the right of peoples to self‐
determina on, not interfering in the domes c affairs of other states, and coopera ng with all peace‐loving na ons.
