Article (55) Licensees operating Public Telecommunications Networks shall be exempted from all duties and taxes applicable to Public Lands and public ways which are required for any of the purposes referred to in Article (52) of this Federal Law by Decree. Article (56) The Board5 may issue regulations authorizing Licensees to enter to Private Lands and any buildings or premises thereon for any of the purposes referred to in Article (52) of this Federal Law by Decree.
