Matters concerning the international cooperation with respect to the regulation of broadcasting and communications; 24. Matters concerning the management of frequencies used for broadcasting services; 25. Matters concerning the operation, organization, and sales of broadcast programs and broadcast advertising; 26. Matters concerning the raising, management, and operation of funds related to broadcasting and communications; 27. Matters concerning the enactment, modification, and repeal of statutes concerned as well as regulations of the Commission; 28. Matters concerning the budget and budget planning of the Commission; 29. Matters on which the Commission has deliberated and resolved pursuant to this Act or other Acts.
