The suit is accordingly decreed in terms of the Settlement
Agreement dated 18.11.2019, which will form part of the decree. The
decree sheet shall be drawn accordingly.

Learned
counsel
for the defendants undertakes that the
communication required to be issued under paragraph 11 (e) of the
Settlement Agreement dated 18.11.2019, will be executed within a period
of one week from today.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks refund of the court fees
paid, under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870. In view of the fact
that the parties have entered into a mediated settlement, the conditions
prescribed under Section 16 of the Act stand fulfilled and the plaintiff is
thus entitled to refund of the court fees. The Registry is directed to issue a
certificate accordingly.

The suit is disposed of in the above terms.
