Law No. 20 of 2014 Concerning Electronic Transactions out without obtaining the license from the competent authority pursuant to the procedures, conditions and guarantees set forth in the Executive By-Law of this Law. The licensee shall be responsible for the proper implementation of such procedures, conditions and guarantees. The said authority shall approve the foreign competent authorities in the field of electronic authentication certificates issuance in which case such certificates shall have the same strength as evidence allocated to the similar certificates issued by similar local issuers all pursuant to the rules and procedures set forth by the Executive Bylaw. Article (25) The competent authority shall, at any time, in the case of any violations, issue a decisions to cancel the license, withdraw the accreditation of the foreign authority specialized in the issuance of electronic authentication certificates, to stop the force of either until removing causes of the violations, especially in the following two cases: A. Violating the terms of the license or accreditation, B. Losing any of the conditions or guarantees on the basis of which the license or accreditation was granted. And such shall be applied pursuant to the procedures and laws set forth in the Executive By-law of this law. 18
