Article (44) The competent minister shall issue the Executive By-law of this Law within a period of six months from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Article (45) The prime minister and ministers, each within his field of jurisdiction, shall enforce this law. Article (46) This Law shall be published and shall be effective from the date of the publishing hereof in the Official Gazette.
