Using force or threatening to use force, or threatening to distribute facts and information that could cause serious harm to their rights and legal interests, demanding the handover of property, material or non-material property rights to others, from ten thousand units shall be fined in the amount of forty thousand units or imprisoned for a term of two to eight years. 2. This crime: 2.1. made it a source of life by constantly doing it; 2.2. the official abused the functions, powers and influence of the official; 2.3. if committed by an organized criminal group, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of five to twelve years. Article 17.7. Driving vehicles without permission 1.
