Criminal Act Stipulated in Other Laws Where any crime other than those provided for under this Part is committed by means of ይቀጣል። a computer, the relevant law shall apply. ፲፰. በሌላ ሕግ ስለተደነገገ የወንጀል ድርጊት በዚህ ክፍል ከተደነገጉት ወንጀሎች ውጭ ሌላ ወንጀል በኮምፒዩተር የተፈጸመ እንደሆነ ሥርዓት አማካይነት አግባብነት ያለው ሕግ ተፈፃሚ ይሆናል፡፡ ማናቸውም በወንጀል ሕግ እንደሆነ፤ ለዚሁ አማካይነት ወንጀል የሚያስቀጣ ወንጀል በልዩ ሌላ የሚፈፀም ሕጎች ወንጀል ተገቢነት ያለው ወይም በሕግ የሰውነት መብት shall apply concurrently. 20. Concurrent Crimes Notwithstanding Article 90 of የተሰጠው አካል ላይ የሚጣል ቅጣት the Criminal Code (1), (3) and (4) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, where any offence stipulated under this Part is committed በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ by juridical person, የወንጀል ሕግ አንቀጽ ፺ (፩)፣ (፫) እና (፬) ላይ 1/ the penalty shall be fine from Birr 50,000 የተደነገገው የተመለከተውን ቢኖርም ወንጀል በዚህ ክፍል to 500,000 for a crime punishable with የፈፀመው በሕግ fine;
