OF THE NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SEEDS COUNCIL. 1.41) There is -hereby established a council to be known'as the National Agricultural Seed Council (in this Decree referred to as "the Council") which shall be charged with responsibility for the ove:all policy guidelines and monitoring of the development of the national seed system. (2) The Council shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name. 2.41)n e Council shall consist of - the Minister of Agriculture. Water Resources and Rural IPevelopment, as Chairman; (a) (b) the Directors-General of- (i) the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Rural Development, as Vice Chairman; (ii) the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture; (C) the Director of - (i).the Fkderal Department of Agriculture. (ii) the Department of Agricultural Science of the Federal Infrastucture; National Agency for Science and ~ngineerin~ Membership of tbo Council.
