c. The relevant issues are introduced to the Committee by civil servants of the said Region appointed each time by the General Secretary of the Region. The remuneration of the members, the introducers and the secretaries of the Committees is determined by resolution of the Minister of Interior, Public Administration and Decentralisation and the Minister of Finance. The procedure for examining the submitted requests and for payment of the compensation, when so required, is completed within sixty (60) days from the date of submission of the citizen's request. When the Special Committee of the Region finds that it is not competent to decide, it refers the matter to the committee of the Ministry of Interior. Public Administration and Decentralisation.
