opportunities, and to eradicate poverty in the
manner prescribed by the law.
– Natural wealth and its resources are the property
of the state, and the state shall preserve and
appropriately exploit them, in accordance with the
provisions of the law.
– The state shall encourage investment, and shall
endeavour to provide the guarantees and facilities
necessary for it.
– The state shall encourage saving and shall
oversee the regulation of credit.
– Public property shall be inviolable, and it shall not
be compromised. It shall be the duty of the state to
protect it in the manner prescribed by the law.
– Private property shall be protected. No one shall
be prohibited from disposing of their property
except within the limits of the law, and no one shall
have their property expropriated except for the
public benefit, in the cases prescribed by the law,
and in return for fair compensation.
– Inheritance is a guaranteed right, governed by
Islamic Sharia.
