‘Day release’ ្រតូវបនេ្របក ន ី ុ ងភ អង់េគ្លស (ម្រ ‘Day release’ (Article 127) has been used in the English translation instead of ១២៧) ជំនួសឲយ ‘semiliberty’ ែដល ‘semiliberty’ ្រតូវ ‘semiliberty’, though ‘semiliberty’ is widely used in the French law. បនេ្របេី ្រចន កន ងចបប់ ប ំង។ ី ុ ‘Forced entry’ នង ិ ‘illegal entry’ ្រតូវបនេ្របក ី ុ នង ‘Forced entry’ and ‘illegal entry’ are used in the English translation for Article 79 and ភ អង់េគ្លស ជំនួសឲយ ‘breaking in’ នង ិ ‘climbing in’ Article 80 respectively. The literal translation of the two articles would mean ‘breaking in’ and កនុងម្រ ៧៩ នង ិ ម្រ ៨០។ ‘climbing in’. ខញុំទទួល គ ល់ពភ ី ពលំបកកនុងករបកែ្រប្រកម I have to acknowledge the difficulty in translating this Criminal Code.
