Y EM CS YZ> AGuu PART SEVEN ECONOMIC REGULATION 42. Interconnection If a Telecommunications Operator receives a request for interconnection from another Telecommunications Operator, shall have an obligation to interconnect its Telecommunications Network with the other Telecommunications Operator’s Telecommunications Network at technically feasible locations, in accordance with the principles specified in Article (43) of this Proclamation and pursuant to terms and conditions negotiated between the parties. 43. Terms and Conditions for Interconnection 1/ All interconnection agreements between Telecommunications Operators shall be in writing and shall comply with this Proclamation, and the Directives published from time to time by the Authority pursuant to this Proclamation.
