appellant as we are living in a State governed by
the Constitution, law, rules and regulation and
everyone is required to proceed within the limits
prescribed by the State. It. is observed that
through his reply appellant has left it for the
determination of the court to seek verdict in his
favour. that his act be justified under the·
principles of Islamic law but at the cost of
repetition it is observed that we have already
held that criminal act of the .subject of
blasphemy. This reveals that the appellant is
himself not certain that his act ofcommitting
murder of the deceased was justified. /I
