gA ፲፫ሺ፻፳፭ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፪/ መገናኛ ብዙሃን ተግባራቶቻቸውን መሰረት ማከናወናቸውን ክትትሌና ቁጥጥር Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page በሕግ 2/ 13125 regulate broadcasting media to ensure ሇማረጋገጥ they are operating in accordance with የመገናኛ the law; provide proper support to ማዴረግ፣ strengthen media self-regulation; ብዙሃን የእርስ በእርስ ቁጥጥርና ግምገማ እንዱጠናከር ተገቢውን ዴጋፌ መስጠት፤ ፫/ 3/ በብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ፇቃዴ መስጠት፣ የአገሌግልቱ ተጠቃሚነት፣ ዝግጅትና ሥርጭት license; ensure ownership, production or distribution of ብዝሃነት broadcasting services; and, እንዱጠበቅና እንዱስፊፊ መሥራት፤ እ���፣ ፬/ broadcasting diversity and plurality in the utilization, ባሇቤትነት፣ ሊይ issue 4/ የመገናኛ ብዙሃን ዘርፌ ባሇዴርሻ አካሊት facilitate a regular discussion forum for በመዯበኛነት የሚወያዩበትን መዴረክ stakeholder consultation; establish and ማመቻቸት፣ በመገናኛ ብዙሃንና strengthen a good working relationship መሌካም between the media and the government. በመንግሥት አካሊት መካከሌ የሥራ ግንኙነት እንዱኖርና እንዱጠናከር የሚያስችለ ተግባራትን ማከናወን፡፡ ፮. የባሇሥሌጣኑ ሥሌጣንና ተግባራት ባሇሥሌጣኑ የሚከተለት 6. ሥሌጣንና ተግባራት Power and Duties of the Authority The Authority shall have the following power ይኖሩታሌ፡- and duties: ፩/ 1/ የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት የፇቃዴ ሁኔታን ይወስናሌ፤ ፇቃዴ ይሰጣሌ፤ determine the licensing condition of broadcasting services; and issue, renew, ያዴሳሌ፤ያግዲሌ፤ ይሰርዛሌ፤ suspend and revoke broadcasting license; ፪/ በብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ሇመሰማራት 2/ prepare a Directive that sets the criteria የሚያስችሌ የብቃትና የቴክኒክ ማረጋገጫ to determine the competency and መስፇርት በቦርዴ technical standards of broadcasting መሰረትም services and get it approved by the ምስክር Board; issue certificates of competency መመሪያ ያስወስናሌ፡፡ የብቃትና በማዘጋጀት በመመሪያው የቴክኒክ ማረጋገጫ and technical competency based on the ወረቀት ይሰጣሌ፤ Directive; ፫/ ሥርጭቱ ከአንዴ ክሌሌ በሊይ የሆነ 3/ give legal recognition to a periodical or በየጊዜው በሚወጣ የህትመት ሥራን ወይም news service activity or an online የዜና ወይም media the dissemination of which ብዙሃንን covers more than one regional state by አገሌግልት የበይነመረብ በመመዝገብና ሥራን መገናኛ የምዝገባ ምስክር በመስጠት ሕጋዊ እውቅና ይሰጣሌ፤ ወረቀት registering and issuing certificate of registration;
