gA ፲፫ሺ፻፴፰ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page ሏ) የባሇሥሌጣኑን የሥራ መርሏ ግብርና c) 13138 prepare the work plan and በጀት አዘጋጅቶ ሇቦርደ በማቅረብ budget of the Authority and ያፀዴቃሌ፤ submit to the Board for approval; መ) ሇባሇሥሌጣኑ የሚመዯበውን ያስተዲዴራሌ፣ በጀት ገንዘብ d) ወጪ to the Authority and effect expenditure; ያዯርጋሌ፤ ሠ) administer the budget allocated ከሶስተኛ ወገኖች ግንኙነቶች ጋር ሁለ በሚዯረጉ e) ባሇሥሌጣኑን represent the Authority in all its dealings with third parties; ይወክሊሌ፤ ረ) የባሇሥሌጣኑን የሂሳብ የሥራ ሪፖርት አፇጻጸምና አዘጋጅቶ f) the activity and financial reports ሇቦርደ of the Authority; and ያቀርባሌ፤ እና ሰ) በቦርደ የሚሰጡትን ላልች g) ተግባራትን ያከናውናሌ፡፡ ፮/ ዋና ዲይሬክተሩ ፲፰. ሇባሇሥሌጣኑ ሥራ 6/ of his powers and duties to other ተግባሩን በከፉሌ ሇባሇሥሌጣኑ officials ኃሊፉዎች ወይም ሠራተኞች የዋና ዲይሬክተሩ ላልች employees of the Authority to the extent necessary for በውክሌና the efficient execution of the activities ዘመን አራት 7/ The Director General shall be appointed አመት ሲሆን ከሁሇት የሥራ ዘመን በሊይ for a term of four years and he cannot ሉሾም አይችሌም፡፡ stay in office for more than two terms. 18. Deputy Directors General of the Authority የባሇሥሌጣኑ ምክትሌ በዋና ዋና 1/ በዚህ አንቀጽ መሠረት ንዑስ የሚሾም አንቀጽ ምክትሌ Deputy Directors General of the Authority shall, upon recommendation ዲይሬክተሩ by the Director General, be appointed አቅራቢነት በቦርደ ይሾማለ፡፡ ፫/ and of the Authority. የሥራ ዲይሬክተሮች ፪/ The Director General may delegate part ቅሌጥፌና በሚያስፇሌገው መጠን ሥሌጣንና ስሇ ባሇሥሌጣኑ ምክትሌ ዋና ዲይሬክተር ፩/ perform other duties as may be assigned to him by the Board. ሉያስተሊሌፌ ይችሊሌ፡፡ ፯/ prepare and submit to the Board by the Board.
