gA ፲፫ሺ፻፴፱ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፬/ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page ምክትሌ ዋና ዲይሬክተሮች፡ሀ) 4/ የባሇሥሌጣኑን ተግባራት በማቀዴ፣ በማዯራ���ት፣ ዋና The Deputy Directors General shall: a) planning, organizing, leading ዲይሬክተሩን and coordinating the works of the Authority ያግዛለ፤ ሇ) ከዋና assist the Director General in እና በመምራት በማስተባበር 13139 ዲይሬክተሩ በሚሰጣቸው b) direct and co-ordinate sectors መመሪያ መሠረት የተመዯቡበትን assigned under their supervision የሥራ in ዘርፌ ይመራለ፤ accordance directives ያስተባብራለ፤ እና፣ of with the the Director General; and ሏ) c) በዋና ዲይሬክተሩ የሚሰጣቸውን perform other activities assigned to them by the Director General. ላልች ተግባሮች ያከናውናለ፡፡ ‹ ፭/ ዋና ዲይሬክተሩ በማይኖርበት ጊዜ ተሇይቶ 5/ In the absence of the Director General, ውክሌና የተሰጠው ምክትሌ ዋና ዲይሬክተር the Deputy Director General especially ዋና ዲይሬክተሩን ወክል ይሰራሌ፡፡ delegated shall act on behalf of the Director General. ፲፱. ስሇጥቅም ግጭት ፩/ 19. ዋና ዲይሬክተር፣ ምክትሌ ዋና ዲይሬክተር፣ የቦርዴ አባሌ፣ ወይም Conflict of Interest 1/ The Director General, the Deputy የባሇሥሌጣኑ Director General, any member of the ሠራተኛ ባሇሥሌጣኑ በዚህ አዋጅ መሠረት Board, or any staff employed by the በሚቆጣጠረው Authority ኩባንያ ሊይ ቀጥተኛ shall not hold direct ownership interest in any company that የባሇቤትነት ጥቅም ሉኖረው አይችሌም፡፡ is subject to the jurisdiction of the Authority pursuant to this Proclamation. ፪/ ከባሇሥሌጣኑ ጉዲዮች ጋር በተያያዘ ዋና ዲይሬክተር፣ ምክትሌ የቦርዴ አባሌ፣ ሠራተኛ በራሱ ዋና ወይም ሊይ 2/ The Director General, the Deputy ዲይሬክተር፣ Director General, any member of the የባሇሥሌጣኑ Board, or any staff employed by the ተጽዕኖ ሉያሳዴሩ Authority shall not involve in the በሚችለ በሚከተለት ሁኔታዎች ሊይ ውሳኔ decision-making process on any matter የሚያስተሊሌፈ of the Authority that will affect: ሂዯቶች ሊይ መሳተፌ አይችሌም፡ሀ) የራሱን ( የግሌ የፊይናንስ ጥቅም a) his personal financial interests; የባሇቤቱን ወይም የሌጆቹን ጨምሮ b) the በሚመሇከት፤ ሇ) የዘመዴ በሚመሇከት፤ የፊይናንስ ጥቅም financial interests of relatives including his spouse or children;
